Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle of footwear, apparel, and accessory samples for seasonal campaigns, managing orders, inventory, and cross-functional production support. Partner with Production, Operations, Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to optimize workflows for photography, campaigns, and content creation in Goleta, CA.

Key Responsibilities

•Create sample orders for footwear, apparel, and accessories, maintaining accurate seasonal inventory and managing warehouse organization
•Develop and maintain master seasonal shot lists, submit photo projects, and track their status and delivery
•Pull, prep, and deliver samples for photoshoots, campaign productions, and content creation, collaborating with producers, project managers, and stylists
•Submit retouching projects for product campaigns and ensure final images are uploaded into Bynder
•Communicate timelines, sample roadblocks, and missing or inaccurate samples to stakeholders, proposing proactive solutions

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 66,000 - 89,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or relevant work experience.
•2-3 years of experience in production coordination, sample management, production, marketing operations, or inventory management (experience in footwear and/or apparel preferred).

•Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
