Executive (HR Business Partner)

Support HR business partnering by helping set annual HR and operations objectives and driving manpower planning for operations recruitment. Handle exit interview collection and analysis to improve turnover and attraction outcomes. Manage site visits and offsite/offline area meetings, resolve related conflicts, and ensure updates from top management reach middle management.
