Key Responsibilities

  • •Design innovative, user-centric packaging concepts for makeup, skincare, and fragrance categories, including accessories.
  • •Develop mood boards, sketches, 2D renderings, and 3D models to communicate design intent and translate brand values into feasible solutions.
  • •Create technical drawings, dimensioned component plans, BOMs, and datasheets in coordination with packaging engineering.
  • •Perform design FMEA, validate dimensional chain analysis and tolerance stacks, and participate in design-for-manufacturing/assembly technical reviews.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain design intent through development and industrialization, including managing a 3D lab to produce internal mockups.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or equivalent.
  • •3+ years of industrial design experience, preferably in cosmetics, luxury, or FMCG.
  • •Proficiency in functional dimensioning standards (ISO) and interpretation of technical drawings.
  • •Hands-on experience producing manufacturing-ready technical drawings for packaging components.
  • •Strong portfolio and proficiency in 3D design software (SolidWorks, Keyshot) plus Adobe Creative Suite.
