Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the plant’s Tyson Lean MOS processes and ensure standardized methodology is followed.
  • •Deliver daily teaching, coaching, feedback, and health checks for DMS Level meetings.
  • •Ensure problem-solving methodology is followed using weekly meetings, A3 documentation, and project/backlog management.
  • •Maintain the War Room, standard SOP-aligned documentation, and the action item registry; publish weekly lean progress reports to leadership.
  • •Serve as liaison between the Corporate Lean Team and Plant Manager, assess culture adoption using maturity tools, train employees, and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives to meet lean checkpoints.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
