Key Responsibilities

  • •Expedite movement of vehicles, equipment, and Class IX repair parts from receiving through inspection, staging, and warehousing.
  • •Monitor and prioritize items needing immediate attention or special handling, and stage equipment properly for inspection, accountability, or outbound shipment.
  • •Verify turn-in documents match processed items and track movement status in Army systems and required logs.
  • •Coordinate with Supply, Warehouse, Transportation, and Quality Control teams, and communicate with Army unit personnel to resolve delays.
  • •Ensure safe handling and compliance with OSHA, Army, company safety standards, including HAZMAT handling and disposal.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of logistics, supply, or warehousing experience (Army contractor or SSA operations preferred).
  • •Experience in equipment turn-in or material coordination strongly desirable.
  • •Knowledge of U.S. Army supply/property regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1) and basic condition codes/accountability standards.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to interpret Army documentation and process errors quickly.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Tier1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility.
