Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as technical lead/primary engineer for Go-To-Market, Revenue Operations, and Sales data products, translating forecasting, attribution, and churn into production-grade systems.
  • •Build LLM-assisted workflows (e.g., automated schema mapping and natural-language query layers) and embed AI as an engineering multiplier.
  • •Design and build data models and scalable pipelines ingesting and transforming data from Salesforce, product usage, billing, and customer success systems.
  • •Create unified semantic layers and data marts, and establish data contracts, schema governance, and lineage standards for reliable downstream use.
  • •Balance real-time streaming and batch warehouse approaches, applying engineering discipline for data quality, observability, and monitoring; mentor peers and contribute to documentation and governance reviews.

Salary: USD 124,000 - 271,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  • •6+ years shipping production-grade data systems in software engineering, data architecture, or forward-deployed engineering.
  • •Expert proficiency in Python and advanced SQL, with hands-on experience in cloud data warehouses/lakehouses such as Snowflake or Databricks.
  • •Strong data modeling experience (Kimball, Data Vault, dimensional modeling, semantic layer design) for complex enterprise domains.
