Order Handler (German speaking)

Process and manage customer orders to ensure accuracy, clear communication, and on-time delivery. You’ll respond to customer and sales inquiries, acknowledge orders and proactively share shipment status (including potential delays), coordinate order changes, and expedite with factories and internal partners. You’ll also issue invoices following established procedures and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, collaborating closely with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
