Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with product line or division management on cross-functional program execution to meet and exceed division and financial goals.
  • •Coordinate product line/division portfolio prioritization and budget alignment; ensure OPEX spending aligns with project plans and targets.
  • •Create and continuously improve business processes and drive division COGS reduction plans to deliver GM targets.
  • •Manage division business continuity planning and lead crisis management efforts.
  • •Drive division safety compliance, including lab safety practices, and ensure ePLC operational deliverables are supported and completed.
