Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop Technical Program Managers and Quality Engineers delivering initiatives across the software development lifecycle.
  • •Manage delivery flow across value streams by identifying bottlenecks, mitigating risks, optimizing throughput, and improving execution outcomes.
  • •Drive planning and operating rhythms including quarterly/annual planning, commitment management, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
  • •Partner with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to translate priorities into executable roadmaps, milestones, and delivery commitments.
  • •Establish delivery and quality standards and metrics, monitor performance, communicate forecasts to leadership, and serve as the primary escalation point for delivery challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of modern product delivery practices (SDLC, value streams, flow management, quality engineering, program management).
