Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, prioritizing client and employee offboarding experience.
  • •Advise clients on HR matters including termination, resignation and transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring compliance.
  • •Lead meetings and facilitate complex separations, including consultations, hearings, and negotiations in settlements and outcomes.
  • •Process offboarding in the internal HRIS platform and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., legal counsel, payroll, government bodies, trade unions).
  • •Provide first-level employee relations support by assessing workplace concerns, supporting progressive discipline approaches, monitoring cases, and driving process improvements through automation and AI.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven ability to manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, research complex HR issues, and communicate practical recommendations in ambiguous situations.
  • •Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Business-level (advanced) proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
