Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end month-end and year-end close across all Heidi entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and continuous improvement in the close cycle.
•Lead and develop the accounting team, setting standards, building capability and creating a culture of ownership and accountability.
•Strengthen and maintain the financial control environment across a multi-entity, multi-currency structure, including reconciliations, intercompany accounting and journal entry review.
•Deliver timely, accurate monthly management reports, financial statements and variance analysis for leadership and the board.
•Own statutory reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP requirements across all jurisdictions.

Key Requirements

•CA or CPA qualified.

•Experience leading and developing a team.
