Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for Storage & Data Protection / Backup services.
•Define standards, architecture, performance, and service models aligned to customer requirements; define SLOs and monitor capacity/performance trends.
•Own the service catalog, including service tiers and standardized request patterns; establish data protection standards (encryption, immutability) and align with RTO/RPO targets.
•Oversee vendor evaluations to optimize total cost of ownership for storage assets.
•Act as the primary onshore interface to clients for Storage & Backup; translate business and regulatory requirements into product outcomes; provide regular reporting and ensure KPI adherence.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
•7+ years' experience in enterprise storage, data protection and backup.
•Proven experience operating in complex, multi-vendor, regulated environments.
•Demonstrated success working with offshore delivery models without direct reporting lines.
•Industry or vendor-specific credentials from NetApp, Dell, or AWS.
