Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain project planning structures aligned with the approved Work Breakdown Structure (EDT) for the project.
•Develop and maintain the base project plans and schedules using appropriate planning software.
•Monitor and control planning activities throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
•Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction, and other areas as needed to stay informed of project activities, status and labor requirements.
•Prepare and provide copies of project plans and schedules as required for reporting; prepare and provide progress and performance reports.

Key Requirements

•University degree in a relevant discipline.
•Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 Cloud and other planning software, CPM analysis, resource allocation and leveling.
•Advanced understanding of Project Execution Procedures in planning, WBS (EDT) and CBS structures and project reporting capabilities.
•Ability to develop project schedules and plans, and to prepare resource allocations, progress plans and staffing plans.
•Understanding of earned value management, cost and schedule variance analysis, what-if scenarios, and overall project management principles.
