•Champion best practice in highways design and delivery, supporting innovation across digital engineering and integrated design solutions
•Collaborate with planners, designers and technical specialists across ANZ to deliver integrated project outcomes
•Develop and mentor a high-performing team, supporting succession planning and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture
