Sales Manager - North Point Volvo

Lead daily, monthly, and yearly sales performance for new and used vehicles, ensuring unit quotas and gross objectives are met for both retail and fleet. Forecast sales with each salesperson, manage inventory movement targets, and conduct sales meetings and on-the-job training. Partner with service leadership for pre-delivery processes, monitor commission and productivity reports, and maintain merchandising standards while driving 100% customer satisfaction and required safety practices.
