Job Summary

Oversee Appearance and Uniforms operations to ensure on-camera presentation, compliance with appearance guidelines, and accurate inventory control. Lead daily team activities including scheduling, onboarding, training, performance monitoring, and KPI tracking. Manage stock replenishment and movement analysis, maintain and improve operational procedures, and support employee appearance-related requests. Produce operational and compliance reports, participate in testing/innovation, and may provide hands-on styling and uniform support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee daily team operations including scheduling, attendance, holiday planning, onboarding, training, performance monitoring, KPI tracking, and disciplinary documentation.
•Monitor employee appearance and ensure adherence to Appearance Guidelines, reporting irregularities and recommending improvements.
•Manage inventory control including stock accuracy, replenishment processes, and stock movement analysis to identify trends and risks.
•Maintain and develop procedures, guidelines, and operational documentation while driving continuous improvement and compliance with company standards.
•Support appearance-related requests and collaborate cross-functionally with suppliers when applicable; prepare operational and compliance reports.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma required.
•Previous experience in appearance management, styling, inventory control, operations, or team coordination.
•Leadership experience is considered a strong asset.
•Advanced English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC applications; experience with inventory or stock-management tools is an advantage.
