Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead practice improvement initiatives to strengthen the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of insolvency templates, processes, and procedures.
  • •Provide practical technical guidance on complex issues in prospective and active insolvency engagements.
  • •Support internal and external quality assurance reviews and convert review outcomes into practical practice improvements.
  • •Own and enable practice adoption of insolvency practice software, including user guidance, training materials, testing, and change control support.
  • •Coordinate precedents/checklists updates and support training and continuous practice uplift, partnering with Global QRM to align local practice with firm-wide standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a professional insolvency qualification.
  • •Strong technical insolvency background with experience handling complex technical matters.
  • •Demonstrable insolvency practice experience across all forms of Australian corporate insolvencies.
  • •Knowledge of Australian personal insolvency processes (highly desirable).
  • •Proficiency in Turnkey IPS / IPS Cloud and/or experience operating as a systems “super user” for practice software adoption.
