Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor semiconductor equipment and partner with cross-functional teams to stabilize and improve wafer fabrication processes.
  • •Collaborate with engineering to enhance workstations and apply structured troubleshooting and escalation paths for process or equipment issues.
  • •Monitor process indicators (e.g., SPC charts, dashboards, alarms) to detect abnormal conditions and take appropriate action.
  • •Collect, review, and document production and process data using computer-based systems to support yield, quality, and traceability.
  • •Conduct technical experiments and process tests, and prepare data visualizations to identify yield and process trends.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Availability for rotating 12-hour shifts (3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off) with flexibility for shift changes and overtime.
  • •Ability to wear cleanroom garments and occasionally wear required PPE (e.g., chemical aprons, face shields).
  • •Preferred: Associate degree, technical certification, military training, or applied coursework in science, engineering, manufacturing, or related disciplines.
  • •Preferred: Experience with disciplined, data-driven work or process adherence in high-reliability environments, including process monitoring and data interpretation (SPC concepts).
