  • •Interview, hire, and develop consultants for an AI-enabled advisory delivery model focused on strategic work and adoption mindset.
  • •Coach resilience through daily experimentation, helping the team test AI solutions and evolve delivery approaches based on customer value.
  • •Partner with Sales and GTM leaders to drive regional services bookings and support strategic account expansion.
  • •Engage customers to capture evolving needs, recommend future offerings, train delivery, maintain a billable target, and manage escalations.
  • •Ensure operational excellence by owning team fiscal health, meeting KPI targets, keeping PSA tool data accurate, and modernizing the team’s workflows for an AI-native PS model.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in SaaS Professional Services with experience navigating business pivots or disruptive technology shifts.
  • •Ability to analyze industry trends and anticipate how AI developments will impact customer needs.
  • •2+ years leading high-performing teams of individual contributors in a people leadership or project manager role.
  • •Experience designing, selling, and delivering solutions in SaaS Professional Services, with team lead/people management responsibilities.
  • •Strong change leadership and emotional intelligence, including client management in pre- and post-sales environments.
