Key Responsibilities

•Own Arketa's marketing strategy end to end, from positioning and brand through paid acquisition, lifecycle, and partnerships
•Lead, develop, and grow a team across performance marketing, product marketing, lifecycle, social and community, partnerships and events, plus a roster of fractional creative and channel specialists
•Leverage AI to scale the marketing function's output and efficiency before scaling headcount, building a team that punches well above its weight through smart tooling and automation
•Tie every marketing motion back to pipeline and revenue, partnering closely with Sales and RevOps to drive quality demos and accelerate close rates
•Manage and allocate the marketing budget with confidence, balancing smart, bullish spend in high-conviction channels with disciplined cuts where ROI is unclear

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 240,000 - 280,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7-10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years managing people directly
•Experience in B2B marketing
•Performance and growth marketing roots, with deep fluency across paid search, paid social, inbound
•Demonstrated success building tight Sales and SDR partnerships that convert marketing activity into qualified pipeline and closed revenue
•A track record of leading marketing through 3x growth scale (or you were the first or second marketing leader at a comparable stage company)
