Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor production floor activity to ensure plant personnel operate within safety guidelines and comply with environmental standards.
  • •Conduct accident investigations and gather information for ICare and CNESST reporting to improve safety culture.
  • •Monitor modified work plans and liaise with workers, supervisors, and healthcare providers to ensure a safe, sustainable return.
  • •Ensure compliance with CNESST policies and OH&S regulations.
  • •Champion the 5S journey and implement GAP safety strategies and programs.
