  • •Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone and written, internet-based email.
  • •Resolve customer concerns related to installation, operation, maintenance, and product application/compatibility.
  • •Troubleshoot problems across hardware equipment and software applications and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Document customer communications and recurring technical issues to support product quality and development.
  • •Perform recreates in a dedicated lab environment and coordinate with software and hardware development teams when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Working knowledge of networking industry, products, and protocols.
  • •1–5 years hands-on experience designing, deploying, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, debugging, and administering network protocols/technologies (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLAN/VRF, NAT).
  • •Troubleshooting experience using tools such as IXIA, tcpdump, and Wireshark (or similar packet tools).
  • •Strong comfort level with Linux is highly desired.
  • •MS in a technical field (CS/EE/ITP preferred), with TAC experience and industry certifications preferred.
