Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and comment on contractors’ HSSE plans, ensuring compliance with local codes, regulations, and client requirements.
  • •Conduct HSSE audits, inspections, and safety record-keeping on site to ensure adherence to approved HSSE plans.
  • •Coordinate with Quality & HSSE to develop construction HSSE plans as needed and implement HSSE policies and procedures on site.
  • •Support training and awareness sessions for supervision staff and assist with HSSE performance reporting, corrective actions, and mitigation plans.
  • •Carry out accident and incident investigations and maintain records of HSE meetings, inspections, and safety-related matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • •3+ years of experience with a regional/multinational engineering firm in an HSSE function.
  • •Experience within an HSSE function on construction/construction supervision projects.
  • •Experience conducting HSSE audits.
  • •Knowledge of local HSSE regulations and proficiency in spoken/written English and Arabic.
