Finance Associate

Support the General Ledger Accounting Team by maintaining accurate GL integrity and executing month-end close for multiple entities. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports, perform balance sheet reconciliations and working-paper maintenance, and ensure transactions follow company policies and accounting standards (US GAAP or local GAAP). Help onboard new entities/countries into the GL scope and assist broader Finance projects, including ERP implementation, audits, transfer pricing, and process improvements through automation.
