Operations Manager - Minneapolis

Supervise daily operations in a Carvana Inspection Center and oversee the vehicle reconditioning process. Lead and develop a team of leads and front-line associates in a lean manufacturing environment, driving continuous improvement while meeting quality, production, and cost objectives. Own adherence to operating standards, policies, and safety/loss prevention guidelines, support recruiting and training, and guide problem-solving to hit performance metrics.
