Job Summary

Lead daily production and maintenance activities at an aggregate site, ensuring safety, quality, and operational targets are met. Coordinate manpower, equipment, inventory, and production schedules to support customer demand. Plan preventative and reactive maintenance (including shutdown prep), maintain budgets/forecasts, and communicate updates with management and hourly teams. Represent the site during regulatory visits and support rehabilitation and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead daily production and maintenance activities to meet safety, quality, and operational targets.
•Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and all company policies and training requirements.
•Coordinate manpower, equipment, inventory, and production schedules to support customer demand.
•Plan and support preventative and reactive maintenance, including shutdown preparation.
•Maintain production schedules, budgets, forecasts, and share updates with management and hourly teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 79,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Technical knowledge of aggregate, concrete, or construction operations.
•1 to 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
•Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an asset.
•Ability to rotate with the crew and work both day and afternoon shifts.
•Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed, plus a college diploma in a related field (preferred).
