Key Responsibilities

  • •Corporate Accounting Ownership: Own key corporate accounting areas, including expense accruals, reconciliations, accounts payable and complex balance sheet and P&L accounts.
  • •Close Management: Manage the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring accurate and timely results in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
  • •Process Automation: Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance scalability and close efficiency using modern finance tools.
  • •Internal Controls & SOX: Ensure strong internal controls over financial reporting, including control design, documentation, and remediation of deficiencies.
  • •Audit Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for external and internal auditors, managing the relationship and ensuring audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a CPA are required.
