Key Responsibilities

•Corporate Accounting Ownership: Own key corporate accounting areas, including expense accruals, reconciliations, accounts payable and complex balance sheet and P&L accounts.
•Close Management: Manage the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring accurate and timely results in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
•Process Automation: Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance scalability and close efficiency using modern finance tools.
•Internal Controls & SOX: Ensure strong internal controls over financial reporting, including control design, documentation, and remediation of deficiencies.
•Audit Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for external and internal auditors, managing the relationship and ensuring audit readiness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a CPA are required.
•8+ years of prior work experience; public accounting experience is highly preferred.

•Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
•Builder mindset with a track record of creating efficiencies, systems, and controls in a fast-paced environment.
