Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, configure, and support AI, GenAI, and machine-learning components for deployment, integration, and operational use.
  • •Contribute to GenAI application development, including RAG flows, embeddings, prompt frameworks, workflow automation, and AI-enabled features.
  • •Support Responsible AI practices such as prompt controls, response evaluation, model monitoring, AI quality checks, security controls, and documentation.
  • •Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, data stewards, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to implement practical AI solutions.
  • •Assist with documentation (lineage, metadata, evaluation results, monitoring results, operational event logs) and continuous improvement via issue investigation and remediation.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in AI, GenAI, machine learning, data engineering, automation, or comparable technical functions.
  • •Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, REST APIs, PySpark, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies.
  • •Experience supporting or developing GenAI solutions using large language models, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector search, or AI orchestration patterns.
  • •Experience with AI platforms and cloud services such as Databricks, Microsoft AI Foundry / Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, MLflow, model serving, or similar.
  • •Understanding of Responsible AI, model governance, AI quality monitoring, prompt evaluation, data governance, security, and access control principles.
