Key Responsibilities

•Act as primary point of contact for developers on infrastructure, deployment, and access issues, managing incoming requests via Jira and Slack.
•Assist in managing and scaling multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP) using Terraform and other Infrastructure as Code practices.
•Maintain and improve CLI tools and internal APIs to simplify complex workflows for application teams.
•Build and optimize deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions and modern GitOps patterns with ArgoCD.
•Monitor system health and performance, implement automated self-healing triggers, and participate in an on-call rotation, including experimenting with LLM/agentic workflow automation.

Key Requirements

•4+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Software Engineering with a Developer-First mindset to tackle ambiguous requirements and write code to solve problems.
•Strong Azure infrastructure background, including networking, VNets, firewalls, Azure administration, and Windows/Linux server management.
•Hands-on cloud & container experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including debugging failing pods and understanding cluster traffic flow.
•Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform (or similar tools).
•Modern CI/CD experience using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD (GitOps).
