Oversee and execute construction sublimit funding for residential loans within the Mortgage Warehouse Lending group, ensuring advances match approved advance rates and documented percent complete. Own client onboarding for sub-limits and draw documentation, calculate eligible advances within delegated authority, and maintain controls, reporting, and exception management. Manage a mixed-complexity portfolio by reviewing construction packages, inspection/progress materials, and reconciling funded-to-date vs. remaining-to-complete.
