Key Responsibilities

•Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and specifications for commercial kitchen and laundry projects.
•Prepare detailed cost estimates and technical/commercial proposals within deadlines.
•Obtain supplier quotations for kitchen and laundry equipment (local and international).
•Coordinate with the design team and liaise with procurement and suppliers to verify equipment layouts and pricing/delivery terms.
•Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits, maintain pricing databases, and provide tender comparisons and finalized cost breakdowns for handover.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
•5–8 years of estimation experience focused on commercial kitchens.
