Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership to a team of Electronics Engineers, delivering integrated electronics solutions across self-developed and JDM modules aligned to milestones.
  • •Lead design reviews, technical risk assessments, and investigations to resolve complex technical issues early.
  • •Own and guide development of power electronics, analogue/digital, and microcontroller-based circuits, including design, analysis, troubleshooting, verification, and validation.
  • •Set and uphold engineering standards for performance, reliability, DFM, cost, and compliance with IEC/UL/EMC, ensuring quality of key deliverables.
  • •Influence cross-functional teams and suppliers to align requirements and support production readiness, and coach junior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 8 years of electronics development experience with proven technical leadership across power electronics, motor drives, battery management, analogue/digital electronics, high-speed design, digital electronics, and sensing technologies.
  • •Experience with embedded microcontroller-based platforms including 8-bit, 16-bit, and ARM Cortex microcontrollers.
  • •Experience in high-speed circuit design and using simulation tools to support design calculations, tolerance analysis, and documentation.
  • •Working knowledge of schematic capture and PCB layout software such as Mentor Graphics, plus electronics lab/test equipment and EMC troubleshooting experience.
