Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and refine test strategies, objectives, configurations, and procedures for flight tests and systems integration.
  • •Specify instrumentation requirements and validate sensors and other recording/visualization systems to meet data acquisition needs.
  • •Support execution of systems integration tests in a flight environment and troubleshoot integration issues with flight crews, mechanics, and design teams.
  • •Analyze, interpret, and document test results and observations, and synthesize conclusions and recommendations for stakeholders and authorities.
  • •Coordinate test preparation and execution support activities within the Test and Analysis team.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
  • •Solid technical experience in an aerospace or high-tech engineering environment, with strong understanding of aircraft systems and related development and certification regulations.
  • •Operational aviation experience, including regulatory constraints around aircraft and crew preparation, and familiarity with a cockpit environment (ideally experimental flight).
  • •Capable of acting as a project leader by proactively anticipating risks and working independently with multiple stakeholders.
  • •Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English.
