  • •Partner with product, engineering, and partnerships to turn technical work into narratives that win with Federal contracting officers.
  • •Build AI-assisted workflows and templates to help the Federal proposal function move faster as the team grows.
  • •Support capture strategy, identify strong-fit opportunities, and represent Kaizen at virtual industry days as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of experience writing and winning proposals for Federal government solicitations.
