Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee overall success of assigned project(s), including resource allocation, safety, schedule, quality, and profit margin performance.
  • •Serve as primary contract authority between the Owner and the company, enforcing and monitoring contract duties while ensuring documentation of key transactions, delays, and events.
  • •Manage permitting, bonds, and insurance, and ensure contract-quality requirements are reflected in subcontract and agreement terms.
  • •Direct the RFI/submittal process, monitor subcontractor performance, and ensure accurate field recordkeeping and professional production of correspondence and billings.
  • •Handle buyout activities (vendors and subcontractors), develop scheduling with the Superintendent, and complete project closeout; track financials with forecasting.
