Job Summary

Hybrid role leading the Learning Ecosystem for Denodo’s Global Office within Customer Success. You will design and maintain technical curricula, labs, and multimedia content to accelerate customer adoption, while staying current on Denodo features and delivering compelling technical pitches to diverse user personas.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build self-paced training courses and certification paths for Business Users, Architect, Developers and Administrators
•Build and manage hands-on lab environments (containers/sandboxes) for self-learning
•Create multimedia education materials: video tutorials, articles, webinars, and technical blog posts
•Maintain strong knowledge of the latest Denodo Platform features and deliver compelling technical pitches highlighting differentiation
•Coordinate release calendars to identify opportunities for new material and keep current with modern technologies

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
•6+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role in data management/analytics software
•2+ years of experience with Denodo Platform on real projects
•Proficiency in reading/writing code (SQL, Java) and understanding cloud infrastructure (SaaS, APIs, Databases); knowledge of AI and agentic ecosystems
•Empathy-driven writing with ability to translate engineer-speak into actionable instructions; strong teamwork and creativity
