Technical Coordinator

Resolve complex transactions by interpreting relevant policies, guidelines, and process requirements. Provide analytical and procedural support while representing the team on cross-functional process or project deliverables. Oversee daily operational activities and supervise junior employees’ day-to-day work (without formal management responsibility). Contribute to performance management and career development processes, including input into staffing and disciplinary actions.
