Deliver exceptional consumer service and support daily retail execution using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model. Educate customers on products, promotions, and events while learning store departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management. Assist with POS operations, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty program promotion, cleanliness standards, and asset protection to improve personal key performance indicators.
