•Identify and maximize sales opportunities through effective customer engagement and needs-based selling
•Offer value added products and services based on customer needs analysis and ensure customer understanding of those products
•Deliver what is promised in line with customer expectations and provide excellent customer service

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in any major.
•Fluent in Vietnamese. Having good English capability will have an added advantage.
•Proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment
•Sales-oriented, flexible, customer centric and able to thrive in a team environment seeking feedback and open to development
•Strong interpersonal, communication, sales skills with the ability to engage with customer effectively
