Job Summary

Lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of enterprise software products, including AI-enabled solutions. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to shape product vision, prioritize features, and deliver capabilities aligned to business objectives. Own and refine the product roadmap and backlog, create user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery, and use KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback to drive data-informed improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business objectives.
•Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and translate business needs into product capabilities.
•Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer value, business priorities, and technical feasibility.
•Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation to support Agile delivery.
•Collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, architecture, UX, QA, operations, and business teams; use KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent education and experience).
•8+ years of experience in IT with a strong background in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or solution delivery.
•8+ years of experience managing enterprise software products across the full product lifecycle.
•6+ years experience with product strategy and roadmap development, Agile product management methodologies, product lifecycle management, stakeholder management, and requirements gathering.
•Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and modern product management best practices, with excellent communication and analytical/problem-solving skills.
