Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop hourly associates to regularly achieve inspection center production targets.
  • •Manage safe movement of cars into and out of the inspection center while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identifying strengths/weaknesses and coaching improvement opportunities.
  • •Review and approve incoming inventory defects, partnering with the General Manager to repair or reject based on cost and vehicle quality.
  • •Train associates on Quality Control standards and ensure first-time completion of repairs to reduce re-checks and delays in production.
