Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair and maintain complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, and order parts.
  • •Diagnose issues using data from hundreds of makes and models to determine root cause and corrective action.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed.
  • •Travel to customer job sites for repairs/maintenance when required and assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts.
