Job Summary

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the containerized platform that powers critical workloads, driving reliability across Kubernetes at scale and cloud architecture. Design resilient infrastructure components (networking, ingress, service discovery, and service mesh) using SRE principles. Lead infrastructure bootstrap orchestration and improve operations with Infrastructure-as-Code, GitOps, runbooks, incident response, and day-2 upgrade/rollback strategies.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end lifecycle of core platform components, including cloud primitives, Kubernetes clusters, and cluster services.
•Design resilient platform components using SRE principles (fault isolation, capacity planning, reduced toil, clear failure modes).
•Lead infrastructure bootstrap orchestration for deterministic cluster/environment bring-up and teardown across cloud, network, and Kubernetes layers.
•Drive Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps-first practices to ensure changes are reproducible, automated, testable, and reversible.
•Apply SRE operational excellence through runbooks, on-call escalation, incident response and problem management, and improve day-2 upgrade/rollback strategies.

Key Requirements

•Be based in Brazil.
•Proficiency in English at B2 level or above.
•Strong hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, with AWS preferred (Azure also considered).
•Proven experience operating and administering Kubernetes at scale in production.
•Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) and automation-first workflows, including GitOps and CI/CD familiarity.
