Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall project management to meet quality, cost, statutory compliance, safety, environmental standards, and scheduling requirements.
  • •Manage the implementation of the master programme and keep master/short-term programmes (weekly work plans and look-ahead schedules) updated and communicated.
  • •Coordinate site and stakeholder activities, monitor progress and quality, and ensure safety and compliance across project activities.
  • •Oversee external consultants and multidisciplinary teams and facilitate progress meetings to align on objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • •Produce comprehensive project reports, manage project schedules (baseline setting, critical path, progress tracking), and support procurement including scopes, bid evaluation, and contract negotiation.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 8 years’ experience managing commercial office, retail, or showroom fit-out projects internationally.
  • •Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity.
  • •Strong communication and leadership skills; fluency in English required.
