Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and progressively own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles for the Lisbon team.
  • •Deliver a top-class candidate experience at every touchpoint and build genuine, lasting relationships.

  • •Explore AI tools and test new approaches to improve sourcing, outreach, and day-to-day recruiting.
