Build and evolve scalable safety triage systems that power real-time data processing, AI-powered insights, and customer-facing workflows. •Independently deliver well-scoped customer-facing features and platform capabilities from design through production rollout and follow-through.
•Build reliable services, APIs, and web experiences, improving existing systems while shipping new capabilities.
•Contribute to AI-powered workflows and experiences using modern LLM tooling, including evaluation, iteration, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
•Make thoughtful technical tradeoffs across speed, maintainability, scalability, and customer impact.
•Collaborate across Engineering, Product, Design, ML, and platform teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences.

Salary: USD 113,645 - 191,000 annually

Key Requirements

•18 months+ of experience building and operating reliable, customer-facing production systems.
•Experience delivering end-to-end solutions across backend services, APIs, and modern web applications.
•Ability to independently own moderately complex projects or features within a release cycle with strong execution and follow-through.
•Write clean, efficient, maintainable code and review peer code for correctness and clarity.
•Use metrics, logs, tests, or tracing to debug issues, validate releases, and improve reliability.
