Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare Settlement Confirmation Schedules by updating internal database.
  • •Communicate amounts due from and due to customers assigned and confirm netting position.
  • •Identify and follow up on discrepancies with customers and forward to Contracts or Crude Oil.
  • •Reconcile confirmed net amounts with the Master Reconciliation and reconcile aged accounts receivable/trade accounts payable for assigned customers.
  • •Update control log, distribute sales invoices and royalty check detail, update crude oil prices and gravity, and prepare audit/related party disclosure schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •Accounting/Auditing or Finance degree required, with helpful knowledge of the crude oil business.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate orally and in writing with all levels of management.
  • •Team player who takes initiative/ownership across areas of work.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word required.
  • •Cleared criminal history and satisfactory reference check; comply with the Company’s drug and alcohol policy and pre-employment D&A testing.
