Job Summary

Lead organizational change management (OCM) and People & Organizational Consulting engagements for global clients, advising on strategy to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. Develop and deliver customized OCM approaches, measure change readiness and adoption, and mobilize change advocates. As a Senior Leader, coach and mentor consulting talent, support business development with solution design and proposals, and help build partnerships to expand the practice.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as an expert senior advisor to global clients on OCM and People & Organization change initiatives.
•Develop, lead, and execute customized People & Organization and OCM strategies to drive adoption, reduce resistance, and increase realized value/ROI.
•Manage change readiness, adoption baseline measurement, monitoring, and network mobilization of change advocates.
•Apply best-practice OCM methodologies and identify innovative ways to accelerate clients through their change journey.
•Coach, manage, and mentor consulting talent; support business development with solution design, proposals, and engagement planning/resourcing.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent education/training/experience.
•5 years of recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting experience, contributing to practice growth, partnering with sales/account teams, and building advisory client relationships.
•5 years leading successful medium to complex organizational change management engagements.
•2+ years building, leading, coaching, and managing a matrixed, cross-functional team of up to 20 members.
•Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent OCM certification.
