Key Responsibilities

  • •Accountable for assigned training courses, advocating inclusive, active, learner-centric training content for transformation.
  • •Ensure end-to-end training review and change processes follow DSAT and quality standards, escalating challenges that could delay delivery.
  • •Produce and develop training design, e-learning, and courseware materials using a variety of media and technologies.
  • •Contribute to instructional strategy by analysing and implementing changes to training programmes and methodologies.
  • •Build stakeholder relationships with subject matter experts, incorporate validation changes, and seek feedback to continuously improve courses.

Key Requirements

  • •A previous role in a Learning and Development environment.
  • •Experience with the ADDIE model and Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).
