Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Payroll Sales team to shape and execute go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and expand market share for Global Payroll.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert on Global Payroll services, providing strategic best-practice guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • •Communicate value through demonstrations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • •Develop and refine sales collateral, solution playbooks, and objection-handling tools for the Global Payroll buyer journey.
  • •Translate client business needs into an actionable scope of work for handoff to the Implementation team, and educate Sales/Solutions Consulting on the solution.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep understanding of payroll service models, including multi-country/multi-state payroll processing, compliance, tax filings, wage & hour regulations, and onboarding/offboarding.
  • •Proven experience consulting on global payroll processes using consultative techniques to uncover client needs and deliver strategic recommendations.
  • •Strong sales acumen with knowledge of sales processes and cycles, ideally in a SaaS or tech-enabled service environment.
  • •Excellent storytelling and communication skills to explain complex payroll concepts to HR and executive audiences.
  • •Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience and strong technical aptitude to learn and analyze software solutions quickly.
